What Makes this Site Successful?
When our creative director Mike moved here from Los Angeles a decade ago, he brought with him a fierce passion for community activism which Reno started to experience when he launched downtownmakeover.com, in the hopes of getting the community involved in government and things ocurring in downtown Reno in particular. 2 years later, the web site is considered a primary source for redevelopment news, is used as a source for local media pertaining to downtown, and ranks in google in the top 3 search results for over 100 related terms to downtown Reno.
