Why: The MONTAGE wanted a web site that was user-centric, easy to browse and better represented their finished product. It was important the web site reflect the high quality of the building, and convey to site users that it is not a pie--in-the-sky concept, it is a finished building ready to move in.

What Makes this Site Successful?
The MONTAGE web site was constrained and not user friendly in a number of ways. We removed the flash intro, something considered to be highly annoying by 80%+ of web users. We also opened the site dimensions up to accomodate a larger majority of web users. It was a collaborative effort between ourselves and the sales staff to design a new color pallete, tag lines and user experience.
