- Custom one-of-a-kind 'add to basket' feature for properties, which allows site visitors to browse multipe properties, add them to wish list, and them that list to both Vantage Realty and themselves for reference. .
- MLS content updated once a day, most realty web sites update their real estate listings once a week.

What Makes this Site Successful?
Vantage Realty wanted to take real estate a bit outside of the box when they came to us for a web site. So we built a custom interface that auto-downloads the master MLS database, imports it into Vantage Realty's site, and auto updates daily. In addition, Vantage Realty wanted to pull the maximum amount of info available from the MLS, so that's why you see expanded information on Vantage Realty compared to other places like Coldwell Banker or Dickson. To futher customize the site, we created a way for Vantage to have custom tagged listings in the MLS.
